How to prepare a sample trial

A trial plan helps compare results with the manufacturing task.

Define the goal before the trial: required color, function or property change. Choose the original formulation for comparison and agree on success criteria. Prepare information on the polymer, equipment and evaluation methods.

Record the sample grade, dosage, mixture composition and trial production conditions. Compare results with the original option and reference under comparable conditions. Separate observations from measurements. Clarify necessary changes and documents after the trial; one positive sample result does not replace checking every product requirement.
